Delivery and payment

We strive to make the delivery and payment process as simple and convenient as possible for you. Below is detailed information about the available delivery and payment methods for goods from our store "Roslyna Karpaty" .

Delivery methods

1. NEW MAIL   

   • Delivery to the branch: from 60 UAH.

   • Delivery to the post office: from 60 UAH.

   • Courier delivery: from 95 UAH.
     
     Cash on delivery fee 20 UAH + 2% of the amount. Delivery 1-2 days.

   • Free delivery for orders over 4000 UAH.

2. UKRPOST   

   • Delivery to the branch: from 45 UAH (up to 15 kg, no more than 70 cm) within 3-6 days.

   • Courier delivery: from 60 UAH

     Cash on delivery fee 10 UAH + 2% of the amount. Delivery 2-6 days.

   • Free delivery for orders over 4000 UAH.

3. SELF-DELIVERY
   
   You can pick up your order yourself at the address: Brovary, Hrushevskoho St. 9/1, zip code 07400, Ukraine.

Delivery times

• We process orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

• Delivery time depends on the selected method, carrier, and your location.

Payment methods

1. Online payment

   • You can pay for your order with a Visa or MasterCard bank card through the secure MonoPay service.

2. Cash payment

   • Cash payment is possible:

     • When receiving the order at a Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta branch ("post-payment").

     • When picking up the goods from our store.
       
       Please note that the cash on delivery service at the post office involves an additional carrier fee.

3. Cashless payment

   • Payment is possible to our store account by bank transfer.

Free shipping terms

• Free delivery applies to orders over UAH 4,000.

• Used for sending "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta".
