Terms of exchange and return of goods

Goods of proper quality In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

The product has not been used and retains its retail appearance, consumer properties, factory packaging, and seals.

There is a payment document (check) that confirms the fact of purchase.

There is no visible damage or writing on the packaging after purchase.

Goods of inadequate quality Goods that have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the order (in terms of assortment, quantity, completeness or packaging) can be returned or exchanged:

Throughout the entire shelf life, if defects are due to the manufacturer's fault.

Within 14 days if the product does not match the order.

Procedure for exchanging and returning goods
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Write a letter with the subject "Return/exchange of goods" to the email address order@sibhealth.com.ua or contact us via messenger at (095) 760-95-17 . Indicate in the letter:

Buyer's full name, address and phone number.

Reason for returning/exchange of goods.

A photo or video of the product you want to return or exchange.

A copy of the payment document (check).
-
Your wishes: refund or exchange of goods.

Account details for transferring funds (in case of returning goods).

Within 1 business day of receiving your request, our manager will contact you to agree on the details of the exchange or return.
Where and how to make an exchange or return?

You can personally exchange or return the goods at the following address: Brovary, Hrushevskoho St. 9/1, index 07400, Ukraine. Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

By delivery service If you do not live in Kyiv, you can return the goods via Nova Poshta or another carrier. The shipping address will be provided by the manager.
Terms of payment for return transportation

In the event of a return/exchange of goods of inadequate quality, the shipping cost is paid by the online store.

When exchanging/returning goods of proper quality, shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Refund terms

Refunds are made within 3 business days of receiving the goods back.

The money will be transferred to the account specified in your request.
List of goods that are not subject to return/exchange
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, such goods include:

Medicines and sanitary hygiene items.

Baby products (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.).

Manicure and pedicure tools.

Food products.
Recommendations for product inspection
When receiving an order via delivery service:

Check whether the goods correspond to the order in terms of assortment, quantity, completeness and condition of the packaging.

If you find any defects or discrepancies, please contact our support team immediately.
