User Agreement

1. General conditions

1.1. The website https://sibhealth.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") belongs to the individual entrepreneur "Yavorska N.I." (EDRPOU: 2275604726, address: Brovary, Hrushevskoho St., 9/1). Using the Site means your agreement with this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer .

1.2. The site uses cookies (files for traffic analysis, advertising personalization via Google Ads/Facebook Pixel). For more information, see the Privacy Policy .

2. Placing an order

2.1. To purchase goods:

Provide valid contact information (name, phone number, address).
Choose a delivery method ( Nova Poshta , Ukrposhta or self-pickup ).
Pay for your order online (MonoPay), cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

2.2. Delivery terms:

Free — from 4000 UAH.
Delivery time: 1–5 days (depends on the carrier and delivery distance).
Pickup: Brovary, Hrushevskoho St., 9/1.

2.3. Guarantees:

All products are in stock, prices are current.
Product photos are samples. Exact specifications are listed in the description.

3. Payment

3.1. Available methods:

MonoPay (Visa/MasterCard).
Postpaid (carrier commission: 20 UAH + 2% for Nova Poshta, 10 UAH + 2% for Ukrposhta).

Bank transfer to the account:

Payment purpose: buyer's full name and phone number.

4. Returns and exchanges

4.1. Goods of proper quality:

Return/exchange is possible within 14 days if:
- The product has not been used, it has factory packaging.
- There is a check.

4.2. Defective goods:

Returns within the entire shelf life (if there is a manufacturing defect).

4.3. Procedure:

Write to order@sibhealth.com.ua or call: (095) 760-95-17.
Please provide your full name, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product and receipt.
Fill out the product return form

4.4. Costs:

In case of defects, the store pays for the delivery.
When returning goods of proper quality, the buyer.

5. Responsibility

5.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

Errors in the data provided by the client (for example, incorrect address).
Delivery delays due to the carrier's fault.

5.2. The Client undertakes:

Do not use automatic systems for data parsing.
Do not post illegal content.

6. Changes to the terms and conditions

6.1. The Seller has the right to update this Agreement. The new version shall enter into force upon publication on the Site.

6.2. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to the updated terms.
