RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION
The gastroenterological collection is recommended to be used as a herbal tea, which can be drunk before or after meals, depending on individual needs and health status. To prepare phytotea, you need to pour one tablespoon of the collection with a glass of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15-20 minutes. Then strain and consume hot or warm.
