The composition of Nervostabin includes the following plant components:
- medicinal valerian root 100 mg;
- primrose herb 100 mg;
- cones of ordinary hops 50 mg;
- lemon balm herb 50 mg;
- peony root-marin 50 mg;
- cellulose.
Valerian root contains essential oils, organic acids, alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides and other biologically active substances. Valerian has a sedative, anti-stress, antihypertensive, antispasmodic and detoxifying effect. It enhances inhibition processes in the cortex of the large hemispheres of the brain, reduces excitability, and normalizes the work of the nervous and cardiovascular systems12.
St. John's wort contains iridoids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, coumarins, essential oils and other biologically active substances. Motherwort has a calming, anti-stress, antihypertensive, antispasmodic, cardiotonic and anti-inflammatory effect. It is used as a sedative for increased nervous excitability, cardiovascular neuroses, increases blood pressure1 [3][3].
Common hop cones contain essential oils, bitter substances, flavonoids, phenolic acids, tannins, minerals and other biologically active substances. Hops have sedative, antispasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant and hormonal effects. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION

RECOMMENDED DOSES
