RECOMMENDED DOSES
Pour 2 teaspoons of phyto-collection with a glass of boiling water and insist for 45 minutes. Then filter and add boiled water to get 200 ml of infusion. Adults drink ⅓ cup of warm infusion 3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. Give children 3-5 years old 1 teaspoon each, 5-7 years old - 1 dessert spoon each, 7-12 years old - 1 tablespoon each, 12-14 years old - 2 tablespoons each, from 14 years old - ¼ cup 3 times per day 15-20 minutes before meals.
